Adventures around the pond

Our adventure at Harrington today brought us to the west side. As we walked we could see some colourful flowers, grasses and trees but also we could see the water’s edge. Being around water can be scary or fun depending on how you look at it. Remember to keep your young child close at hand and let them experience balancing in a new way. Today, we walked to Cedar Hideaway and had an exploration time just like we’ve done at Mystery Forest except today we also looked at what lives in the water. Stopping to hug trees, listening to the wind and the birds, spreading seeds and hiding behind trees were all part of today’s adventure.  What a day?  With all the activities, what was the best part?  Happy Thanksgiving Weekend!
